Todd “TW” White

Todd “TW” White is Managing Partner of Washington, DC-based RWGS. Having more than 15 years of government relations lobbying and public policy consulting, Todd brings an in-depth knowledge in several key issue areas including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, Emerging Technologies, Internet- privacy, Defense, Healthcare, and Financial Services policy.

Mr. White founded the firm in 2011. RWGS has become a formidable government relations boutique in the District. Mr. White has represented national and international corporations including sovereign governments before Congress, White House, and Federal Agencies. Todd has also represented Congressional staffers losing FEHBP benefits before Federal General Accounting Office Legislative Committees.

Mr. White has chaired both public and private boards, including two Mayoral appointments. He has also served on State and National Political Party executive committees, and as a legislative intern to former Michigan Congressman John Conyers. He is a former FINRA institutional investment banking Managing Director, and currently sits on the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School Fund Committee which raises financial resources for deserving students.

A Midwest native, he is an Alumnus of Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government Public Policy; Central Michigan University, MBA in Management; and Eastern Michigan University, BS, in Economics. Mr. White is fluent in Spanish, and Mandarin-Jiangsu dialect
